The dining hall serves the Institute community. It is not open to the general public, but members of the Institute community may bring guests. Former Members are welcome at lunch. At lunchtime the dining hall will accept both charges to Institute ID cards and cash for items purchased. Dinners are served on Wednesdays and Fridays during term time, by reservation only. All charges for dinner must be made to an Institute I.D. card.

A la Carte Prices
Note: The prices on the page linked here are current prices before the Member discount. (There is a 20% discount for breakfast and lunch items charged on an Institute ID card.) The current price list for an academic year will be posted after September 1st.
Click the link above to view the schedule for dinners and for instructions for making reservations for Wednesday and Friday Dinners. (The "prix fixe" for a 3-course dinner comes to $35.75 after the 35% discount for Institute Members.) Beverages are available for an additional charge. Reservations can be made , via the Dinner Reservation Form, by telephone 609-734-8168, or with one of the cashiers.
Buffet Dinners are less formal and less expensive than regular Wednesday or Friday dinners. The buffet dinner includes an assortment of salads, entrees, and desserts. Buffet dinners cost $23.08 per person for Faculty and Members (excluding beverages.)
