Statement: Politics of violence in Twentieth-Century Europe. My research plan reflects: an interest in social history and processes of change, with special emphasis on civil wars and revolutions; the use of comparative history and an interdisciplinary dialogue between history and the social sciences; and an inquiry at the main demonstrations of collective violence in Europe during the 20th century.
